Important Legal Agreements

Web2 Club provides web hosting services to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of the provider are subject to the following terms of service:

Subject-matter of the Contract

The Web2 Club(or later on referred to as “provider” or “Company”) as a Data Processor following this Terms of Service shall ensure that the provider complies with the applicable data protection and privacy legislation including in particular:

  • The European Parliament and the Council’s Directive 95/46/EF of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data as implemented in Danish law with, among others, the Act on Processing of Personal Data (Act No. 429 of 31 May 2000).

  • The European Parliament and the Council’s Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data that entered into force on 24 May 2016 and will be applicable on 25 May 2018 (“GDPR”). Irrespective of the general use and reference to GDPR in this Data Processor Agreement, the parties are not obliged to comply with GDPR before 25 May 2018.

The provider retains the right to change any or all of the Policies, Guidelines and Disclaimer without notification.

Indemnification Policy

You agree to use all of the provider’s services and facilities at your own risk. Web2 Club specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the provider be liable for any loss, loss of data or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other type of damages.

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Web2 Club harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Web2 Club, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Web2 Club against liabilities arising out of Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Web2 Club's server.

Web2 Club reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. That is any material supplied by customer that is infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement or any defective products sold to the customer from Web2 Club's server. Web2 Club shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.


As of now we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending upon the plan.

We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal as paying methods. Regarding webhosting plans we will setup your account without any need of paying. Clients are encouraged to pay by credit card as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. There are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.


We sell only digital products. Your order will be fulfilled immediately or 1-48 hours after the order - depending upon the ordered product and our opening hours - otherwise we will send you a notice.

Late Payments

All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. If you will not pay for a service renewal in 5 days after deactivation, your account will be suspended. If you will not pay for service renewal in 30 days after deactivation, your account will be terminated. You will receive an email reminder 5 days before deactivation.

Acceptable Use Policy

All services provided by Web2 Club may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Web2 Club and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Acceptable usage of our policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. Pornography is prohibited on all Web2 Club servers. This includes sites that include sexually explicit or hardcore images and/or advertising.

Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that the service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and the damage resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damage arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of the company.

Subscriber further acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to charges payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss or injury.

Illegality in any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material are Undesirable Content that are not allowed on our network. We do not host adult content of any description. Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software, audio and video downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources or you have the right to distribute the materials. Accounts suspended due to content or AUP violation are not refunded under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Web2 Club shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Web2 Club servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Web2 Club shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Web2 Club servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

Privacy Policy

In an effort to protect our clients' and site visitors privacy and rights, we have established a Privacy Policy which explains what information we gather on visitors and what we do with information that we gather.

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users of this Web site (each, a "User").


Users' privacy is very important to us. We are committed to safeguarding the information Users entrust to us.

Data Collection and Data Usage

We collect personally identifiable information from Users through online forms when the Users are ordering products and services. The Data collected and how they are used are as it follows:

  • Usernames and passwords are only used for the service they were made for and the passwords are encrypted.

  • Details of the credit card are stored at the credit card processor. Our company only stores the last four digits of the credit cards. The users can delete this data on their accounts.

  • Email addresses are stored in order for us to send notifications of our services and for marketing type newsletters, from which the users can unsubscribe on their accounts.

  • Billing data are to be stored for at least eight years in alignment with the applicable laws. Meaning that, there is no way to delete or modify the data after the bills have been invoiced.

  • Data used by our services are stored while the services are used. After the service’s interruption the data is to be deleted within an undetermined period.

  • Other data needed by our services like the Personal Identification Numbers and cookies can be changed, but until the account’s deletion, it cannot be deleted.

  • The proper deletion of an account cannot be done because of the billing system, but if there are no active services linked to the account, the users can ask the provider to make it inactive.

We may also collect information about how Users use our Web site, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the Web site or the domains from which Users originate. We use "cookies" to track how Users use our Web site.

We may use personally identifiable information collected through our Web site to contact Users regarding products and services offered by us and our trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners, and otherwise to enhance the Users' experience with us and such affiliates, independent contractors and business partners.

At no time will our database of users ever be sold to any entity for the purpose of marketing or mailing lists. Personal information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to our business partners without your prior consent, except when we disclose the information we collect to third parties when, in the good faith of our judgment, are obligated to do so under applicable laws. An exception is Stripe Inc, who has the details for the users’ credit cards.


The Data Protection Officer for BE-ON NET LTD is always the active director of the company.

The service provider’s website of BE-ON NET LTD (Web2 Club) has a PCI DSS certification, which meets the modern security requirements. Security is important for us, and we will continue to work towards a trustworthy secure service.

As for the security of the data stored by Web2 Club, there has been no data breaches yet.

Web2 Club cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Web2 Club are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Web2 Club are not directly owned or written by Web2 Club. Moreover, Web2 Club holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Web2 Club sees fit.
